Jackson Bower, pictured during a game Thursday against LaRue County, scored five goals over the weekend to help lead Glasgow to two wins during the All 'A' Classic 4th Region tournament. 

The Glasgow Scotties and Lady Scotties won their 4th Region All 'A' Classic tournaments Saturday, advancing the teams to sectional competitions.

The Lady Scotties defeated Russellville 10-2 and Todd County Central 1-0 to win the region at Russellville High School.

Emma Watson, Kirsten Crowe and Dinah Miranda each scored three goals against Russellville, while Aubrey Phillips also scored a goal in the win.

Phillips scored the lone goal against Todd County Central on an assist by Miranda. Paige Burd was credited with six saves in the shutout win.

On the boys' side, Glasgow shutout Todd County Central 9-0 and held on for a 3-2 win over Russellville to move into the sectional round.

Jackson Bower scored four goals and had three assists to lead Glasgow over Todd County Central. Grant Gatlin added two goals while Jonathan Cipriano, Hudson Davis, and Seth Medford each had a goal.

Davis, Bower and Gatlin each scored a goal in the win over Russellville.

Both teams will play their sectional matches at home Saturday against Owensboro Catholic.

The Lady Scotties will play at 4 p.m. followed by the boys' match at 6 p.m. Winners will advance to the state tournament slated for Sept. 21-22 in Frankfort.
