GLASGOW – Caverna High School picked up a bowling victory Thursday night, when the Colonels rolled over Central Hardin by a score of 7-1.
Caverna jumped out on top early and beat Central Hardin in both of the first two games to take the quick lead.
Caverna, sporting a co-ed team, got a 192 game from Shiana Smith, while Cody London bowled a 158.
The Colonels were able to take the third team game to move their advantage to 3-0. However, Central Hardin rallied to win the fourth team game. London came up big again for Caverna with a 168.
The Colonels made it 4-1 with a victory in the first Baker (alternate ball) game.
Caverna took the second Baker game by a score of 163-114. The Colonels rolled a 205 game in the third Baker contest to extend their lead to 6-1.
Caverna also won the total pin county to provide the final 7-1 margin.
