On July 10, the Glasgow Police Department executed a search warrant on Tanglewood Drive in reference to a drive-by shooting that occurred on July 1 on Roseville Road near Trojan Trail.

During the search, officers located Hydrocodone, Oxycodone and a shell casing that matched the casings at the scene of the shooting on July 1, according to a GPD news release.

Robert Christopher Farmer, 23, of Glasgow, was arrested and charged with first-degree assault (complicity); first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (drug unspecified); theft of a legend drug, first offense or value under $300; buy/possess drug paraphernalia; prescription controlled substance not in proper container, first offense; tampering with physical evidence; and first-degree Wanton Endangerment (complicity).

He is being held in the Barren County Detention Center with a $25,000 cash bond required for release.

The arrest was made by Detective Mickey Atwood, assisted by Detective Brian Starnes and Detective Aaron Cowan.

On Friday, a juvenile was arrested and charged with first-degree assault and first-degree wanton endangerment (five counts) as he was identified as being the person that fired the weapon during the shooting.

The juvenile was arrested by Officer Trey Wyatt and Detective Aaron Cowan.
