A Metcalfe County grand jury recently ended its service on Feb. 7 and returned several indictments, according to the office of Commonwealth Attorney Karen Davis.

An indictment is only one side of a case and does not imply guilt, only that evidence exists for for trial proceedings.

The following indictments were returned by the grand jury:

‰ Ricky Shultz, 35, of Rensselater, Ind., and Steven Harris, 34, of Liberty, were both indicted for trafficking in marijuana, five or more pounds, weapon enhancement; and possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, weapon enhancement.

‰ Tina Marie Todd Stout, 35, of Glasgow, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, first degree (methamphetamine), second offense; possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense; possession of marijuana; and persistent felony offender, second degree; and Marlon Terrell Stout, 28, of Glasgow, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, first degree (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense; possession of marijuana; no insurance; improper registration plate; and persistent felony offender, second degree. It was discovered that both Tina and Marlon had prior felony convictions.

‰ Harry T. Brewer, 34, of Edmonton, was indicted for trafficking in marijuana, 8 ounces to less than 5 pounds; cultivation of marijuana less than five plants; possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense; resisting arrest; terroristic threatening, third degree; and disorderly conduct.

‰ Norman Earhart, 21; and Felicia Walker, 19, both of Edmonton, were indicted for trafficking in marijuana, more than 8 ounces; cultivation of marijuana less than 5 plants, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense.

‰ Jerri Paige Young, 22, of Edmonton, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, first degree (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense. In a separate case Young was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree (methamphetamine).

‰ Kelly Vibbert, 19, of Summer Shade, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, first degree (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense; possession of marijuana; and possession of a police radio.

‰ Thomas Coleman, 38, of Nancy, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, first degree (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia.

‰ Terry F. Wilson, 47, of Edmonton, was indicted for marijuana cultivation, five or more plants; trafficking in marijuana, 8 ounces to less than 5 pounds; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

‰ Jeannie Stewart, 39, of Edmonton, was indicted for possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense; and public intoxication.
