A story in Sunday’s edition about the Global Fest contained incorrect information about Norie Barrick and a booth on Philippines culture.
Barrick only moved to the United States last year and the crafts and other items on display were examples of Philippine culture owned by local residents from the Philippines and were not for sale. Barrick said some Filipinos try to visit their home country every two years.
