Michael C. Lowe, 44, of Glasgow, was arrested on drug charges by Glasgow police officers on Tuesday following a traffic stop along S.L. Rogers Wells Boulevard.
Lowe gave Officer Wesley Hicks permission to search his vehicle and in doing so Hicks found methamphetamine and Hydrocodone pills, said a Glasgow Police Department press release.
Lowe was charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, drug unspecified) and possession of drug paraphernalia, the press release said.
Lowe was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
Hicks was assisted by Officer Chris Edwards and Sgt. Cameron Murrell, the press release said.
