James T. Bray, 29, of Glasgow was arrested Wednesday by Glasgow police after they conducted a traffic stop along Milton Avenue.
Bray told police that his operator's license had been suspended due to having a DUI charge, said a Glasgow Police Department press release.
Bray was charged with vehicle a nuisance, improper start from parked position, improper turning, driving on DUI suspended license (second offense) and DUI with aggravated circumstances, the press release said.
Bray was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
The arrest was made by Glasgow Police Officer Andrew Moore, the press release said.
