Four people were arrested Wednesday after Glasgow police officers responded to a report of a drug complaint on West Front Street.

When police officers arrived on the scene they received consent to search the residence and found a bag of marijuana, digital scales, spice, methamphetamine and a glass pipe, said a Glasgow Police Department press release.

Yolanda Oates, 35, of Glasgow, and Micah Phillips, 26, of Glasgow, was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, the press release said.

Amber Morgan, 30, of Glasgow, was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic drugs (first offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Jaggers, 32, of Glasgow, was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic drugs (first offense), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, drug unspecified) and possession of drug paraphernalia, the press release said.
