Flava Poore, 54, of Cave City, was arrested by Glasgow police on Monday after police officers discovered an illegally parked vehicle on Hillcrest Street.
Poore was inside the vehicle and in his pocket was a methamphetamine pipe. Police officers also found 19.8 grams of methamphetamine inside Poore's sock, said a Glasgow Police Department press release.
Poore was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (first offense, 2 grams or greater of methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of conditions release, the press release said.
Poore was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $5,000 cash bond, according to the jail website.
