A Barren County grand jury returned the following indictments in June. An indictment is a formal charge that represents only the prosecution’s side of the case and is not proof of guilt. All those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

• Matthew S. Bell, 37, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition($500 or more but under $10,000), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 23.

• Van T. Jones, 45, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree sexual abuse in a continuing course of conduct(child less than 12 years old), a Class C felony, and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse in a continuing course of conduct(child less than 16 years old), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 1, 2008 through Feb. 28, 2011.

• Taylor E. Miller, 25, of Smiths Grove was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine, third or more offense), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 27, 2018.

• Brianna R. Klinker, 21, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(hydrocodone and oxycodone), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Nov. 13, 2018.

• Dawn E. Johnson, 22, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of trafficking in marijuana(less than 8 ounces, weapon enhancement), a Class D felony, and one count of drug/paraphernalia buy/possess(weapon enhancement), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Nov. 13, 2018.

• Dusty C. Smith, 24, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of second-degree burglary, a Class C felony, and one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition($500 or more but less than $10,000), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Sept. 8, 2018.

• Nicole L. Miller, 31, of Summer Shade was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Nov 30.

• Joseph R. Slayton, 38, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Dec. 3, 2018.

• Joshua B. Humphrey, 25, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Dec. 23, 2018.

• Kendra D. Conrad, 24, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Jan. 5-6.

• Dalton L. Busey, 20, of Columbia was indicted on one count of second-degree burglary, a Class C felony, and one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition($500 or more but less than $10,000), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Sept. 8, 2018.

• Joshua R. Bradley, 26, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Jan. 11.

• Bobby A. Cuzick, 28, of Bowling Green was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetmamine), a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Jan. 14.

• Megan B. Ballard, 24, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetmamine), a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Jan. 14.

• Kelly D. Thomas, 31, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of second-degree burglary, a Class C felony, and one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition($500 or more but less than $10,000), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Sept. 8, 2018.

• James C. McCandless, 32, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine, second offense), and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Jan. 27.

• Crystal G. Beachboard, 41, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; one count of third-degree possession of a controlled substance(tramadol), a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of illegal possession of a legend drug, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Jan. 27.

• Hillary L. Roscoe, 28, of Edmonton was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; one count of resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor; one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., a Class B misdemeanor; one count of failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, a Class B misdemeanor; and one count of license to be in possession, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 3.

• Brittney N. Jaggers, 27, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of manufacturing methamphetamine, a Class B felony; one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of theft by deception(under $500), a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 1.

• Joshua R. Bradley, 26, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of manufacturing methamphetamine, a Class B felony; one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor; and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 1.

• James T. Jaggers, 32, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(hydrocodone), a Class D felony; one count of possession of synthetic drugs, a Class A misdemeanor; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 13.

• Amber S. Morgan, 31, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of possession of synthetic drugs, a Class A misdemeanor; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and count of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 13.

• Yolonda A. Oates, 35, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 13.

• Vera L. Pittman, 54, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 13.

• Candance R. Hubbard, 25, of Bowling Green was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 21.

• Norma J. Wilson, 57, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of third-degree possession of a controlled substance(xanax), a Class A misdemeanor; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 26.

• Wesley R. Booker, 28 of Smiths Grove was indicted on one count of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance(methamphetamine and oxycodone, less than 2 grams), a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 4.

• Bryan A. Perry, 30, of Edmonton was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 8.

• Jason Y. Johnson, 38, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance(methamphetamine, more than 2 grams), a Class C felony; one count of tampering with physical evidence, a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 6.

• Monteze L. Moore, 34, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of third-degree possession of a controlled substance(diazepam), a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 9.

• George T. Fromm, 36, of Atlantic City, New Jersey was indicted on one count of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a Class D felony; one count of giving officer false identifying information, a Class B misdemeanor; and one count of public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 17.

• James C. Kennedy, 43, of Bowling Green was indicted on one count of tampering with physical evidence, a Class D felony; one count of second-degree possession of a controlled substance(buprenorphine), a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 21.

• Maryann M. Williams, 34, of Scottsville was indicted on one count of theft by deception($500 or more but under $10,000), a Class D felony, and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about July 24.

• Shannon M. Wyatt, 44, of Bowling Green was indicted on one count of second-degree escape, a Class D felony, and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 10.

• Zachary A. Ritter, 26, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree criminal mischief, a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 18.

• David A. Pons, 49, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of murder, a capital offense, and one count of first-degree wanton endangerment for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 26.

• Avery D. Ward, 25, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of promoting contraband, a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 20.

• Katie C. Zappia, 32, of Murray was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property($500 or more but less than $10,000), a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; one count of illegal possession of a legend drug, a Class B misdemeanor; and one count of public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 8.

• Jesse W. Simpson III, 33, of Tompkinsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine, second offense); one count of first-degree fleeing or evading police(motor vehicle), a Class D felony; two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony; one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., a Class A misdemeanor; one count of operating a motor vehicle while license revoked or suspended for driving under the influence, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 20.

• Thomas Al Dobson, 49, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 22.

• Chasiti R. Wilburn, 21, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 22.

• Donald R. Wilburn, 50, of Edmonton was indicted on one count of first-degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 22.

• Arthur L. Britt IV, 19, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of second-degree assault, a Class C felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 24.

• Christopher A. Wheeler, 47, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony; one count of leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, a Class A misdemeanor; one count of violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about June 1.

• Rayzon Hampton, 18, of Bowling Green was indicted on one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition($500 or more but under $10,000), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 7.
