A Barren County grand jury returned the following indictments in October. An indictment is a formal charge that represents only the prosecution’s side of the case and is not proof of guilt. All those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

• Michelle D. Thompson, 37, of Horse Cave was indicted on one count of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a Class D felony; one count of second-degree forgery, a Class D felony; and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Aug. 22.

• Dustin C. Berryman, 36, of Summer Shade was indicted on four counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a Class D felony; one count of theft by deception(under $500), a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Aug. 26.

• Mykia M. Crutcher, 24, of Nashville, Tennessee was indicted on one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition($500 or more but under $10,000), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Aug. 26.

• Ketauria K. Sales, 24, of Nashville, Tennessee was indicted on one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition($500 or more but under $10,000), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Aug. 26.

• Christie G. Creek, 45, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition($500 or more but under $10,000), a Class D felony, and one count of second-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Aug. 9.

• Ricky W. Hodge, 48, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree fleeing or evading police(motor vehicle), a Class D felony, and one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.(aggravator), a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about July 8.

• Shannon M. McGuire, 33, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine, second offense), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 29.

• Leo R. Wodrich, 26, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony, and one count of fourth-degree assault(domestic violence), a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Aug. 16.

• Matthew W. Hicks, 35, of Smiths Grove was indicted on one count of impersonating a peace officer, a Class D felony; one count of criminal attempt to theft by unlawful taking($500 or more but less than $10,000), a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Oct. 3.

• Terri L. Jarrell, 44, of Tram was indicted on one count of theft of identity of another without consent, a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of no operator's/moped license, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Oct. 1.

• Tyrone A. Smith, 41, of Louisville was indicted on one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition($500 or more but under $10,000), a Class D felony; one count of second-degree criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about July 29-30.

• Michael E. Johnson, 33, of Cave City was indicted on one count of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance(methamphetamine, more than 2 grams), a Class C felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 15.

• Andre D. Wesson, 29, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 20.

• Daniel B. Depp, 38, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of trafficking in synthetic drugs(second or subsequent offense), a Class C felony; one count of tampering with physical evidence, a Class D felony; one count of possession of synthetic drugs(second or subsequent offense), a Class D felony; and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 20.

• Jordan K. Johnson, 28, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree fleeing or evading police, a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Jan. 28.

• Vickie L. Huff, 28, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of complicity to trafficking in synthetic drugs, a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 20.

• Francisco A. Pascual, 34, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 15.

• Carlie W. Key, 81, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, a Class C felony; two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, a Class D felony; one count of receiving stolen property(firearm), a Class D felony; and two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 23.

• Justin K. Hammer, 28, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of possession of synthetic drugs(second or subsequent offense), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 24.

• Dedontae S. Morrison, 22, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of possession of synthetic drugs(second or subsequent offense), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about June 2.

• Tony M. Rice, 40, of Munfordville was indicted on one count of possession of synthetic drugs(second or subsequent offense), a Class D felony, and one count of public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about June 8.

• Charles M. Reeves, 54, of Upland, Indiana was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony; and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about June 16.

• Erb A. Roution, 46, of Greensburg was indicted on one count of tampering with physical evidence, a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about June 16.

• Donald L. Booker, 45, of Smiths Grove was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine, third or more offense), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about June 20.

• Ralph S. McCandless, 44, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance(methamphetamine, less than 2 grams), a Class D felony; one count of third-degree possession of a controlled substance(alprazolam), a Class A misdemeanor; one count of endangering the welfare of a minor, a Class A misdemeanor; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of third-degree possession of a controlled substance(gabapentin), a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about June 26.

• Justin S. Carter, 27, of Scottsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about July 5.

• Steven L. Payne, 26, of Scottsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine, second offense), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about July 5.

• Lori R. Ford, 40, of Edmonton was indicted on one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.(fourth or subsequent offense, aggravator), a Class D felony, and one count of operating a motor vehicle while license revoked or suspended for driving under the influence, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about July 24-25.

• Maryann M. Williams, 35, of Scottsville was indicted on one count of theft by deception($500 or more but less than $10,000), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegeldy occurred on or about July 24-25.

• Troy D. LeCroy, 28, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of second-degree strangulation, a Class D felony, and one count of fourth-degree assault(domestic violence), a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Aug. 7.

• Christopher J. Westbrook, 47, of Cave City was indicted on one count of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a Class C felony, and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Aug. 15.

• Andrew W. Olin, 33, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, a Class C felony; one count of first-degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; one count of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor; and one count of second-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Aug. 2.

• Jodi M. Akers, 28, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of failure to comply with sex offender registration, a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Sept. 10.

• James T. Bray, 29, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.(third offense, aggravator), a Class A misdemeanor; one count of operating a motor vehicle while license revoked or suspended for driving under the influence(second offense, aggravator), a Class D felony; and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for cirmes that allegedly occurred on or about about Sept. 11.

• Melinda C. Abner, 26, of Glasgow was indicted on eight counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a Class D felony, and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Nov. 26, 2018.

• Rodrix J. Brooks, 38, of Glasgow was indicted o one count of first-degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony, and one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.(second offense, aggravator), a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Sept. 20.

• John B. Daniels, 49, of Cave City was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property($500 or more but less than $10,000), a Class D felony, and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Sept. 23.
