The following indictments were returned in July by a Barren County grand jury. An indictment is a formal charge that represents only the prosecution’s side of the case and is not proof of guilt. All those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

• Katie M. Mabe, 20, of Park City was indicted on one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition($500 or more but under $10,000), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about June 30.

• Fairley C. Piercy Jr., 42, of Cave City was indicted on one count of theft of identity without consent, a Class D felony, and one count of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 19.

• Reihanan P. Piercy, 41, of Cave City was indicted on one count of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 19.

• Shania D. O'Bannon, 45, of Munfordville was indicted on one count of theft by deception($10,000 or more), a Class C felony, and one count of second-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 25 through May 13.

• Marshane T. Mansfield, 21, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property(handgun), a Class D felony; one count of second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance(alprazolam, 20 or more dosage units), a Class D felony; one count of carrying a concealed deadly weapon, a Class A misdemeanor; one count of public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor; and one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(hydrocodone), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Oct. 12, 2017.

• Eric D. Bulle, 24, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor, and one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(hydrocodone), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Oct. 12, 2017.

• Joshua C. Stock, 31, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of tampering with physical evidence, a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about July 17, 2018.

• Shelly Jo Smith, 35, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Aug. 29.

• Bryant M. Stone, 24, of Dixon was indicted on one count of tampering with physical evidence, a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of second-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Aug. 29.

• Larry W. Huff, 56, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of possession of a handgun by å convicted felon, a Class C felony; one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine, weapon enhancement), a Class C felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess(weapon enhancement), a Class D felony; and one count of second-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 6-7.

• Louie T. Huff, 39, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine, weapon enhancement), a Class C felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess(weapon enhancement), a Class D felony; and one count of failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 6-7.

• Shambra L. Lee, 36, of Albany was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 18.

• Clifford W. Shofner, 45, of Cave City was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of tampering with physical evidence, a Class D felony; one count of third-degree possession of a controlled substance(alprazolam), a Class A misdemeanor; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 20.

• Coby L. Garrett, 24, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 18.

• Jennifer S. Bowles, 36, of Cave City was indicted on on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of tampering with physical evidence, a Class D felony; one count of third-degree possession of a controlled substance(alprazolam), a Class A misdemeanor; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 20.

• James A. Pollard, 25, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of tampering with physical evidence, a Class D felony; and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 22.

• Carl D. Dobson, 47, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine, third or more offense), a Class D felony, and one count of tampering with physical evidence, a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 2.

• James D. York, 49, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance(methamphetamine, 2 grams or more, second offense), a Class B felony, and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 6.

• Charles McClanahan III, 44, of Cave City was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 8.

• Jimmy L. Tucker, 74, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance(methamphetamine, 2 grams or more, weapon enhancement), a Class B felony; two counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felony, a Class C felony; one count of third-degree possession of a controlled substance(gabapentin), a Class A misdemeanor; one count of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor; one count of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of prescription controlled substance not in a container, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 13-14.

• Trey J. Williams, 23, of Tompkinsville was indicted on one count of trafficking in marijuana(8 ounces or more but less than 5 pounds), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about March 14.

• Lawrence E. Pickett, 48, of Greensburg was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine, a Class D felony), and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 1.

• Tammy R. McGaughey, 44, of Shepherdsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 25.

• Tommy W. Meadows, 44, of Cave City was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine), a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 9.

• Mario P. Domingo, 42, of Louisville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(oxycodone), a Class D felony, and one count of failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 10.

• Wendell C. Doan, 31, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of failure to comply with sex offender registration(second or more offense), a Class C felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 6-15.

• Ricky B. Neal, 37, of Cave City was indicted on one count of first-degree fleeing or evading police(motor vehicle), a Class D felony; one count of first-degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony; one count of first-degree fleeing or evading police(on foot), a Class D felony; one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor; one count of first-degree criminal mischief, a Class D felony; one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol/etc., a Class B misdemeanor; one count of operating on a suspended/revoked operator's license, a Class B misdemeanor; one count of failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, a Class B misdemeanor; one count of third-degree criminal mischief, a Class B misdemeanor; and one count of second-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 20.

• Larry J. Moulder, 53, of Cave City was indicted on one count of first-degree rape in a continuing course of conduct(victim under 12 years of age), a Class A felony; one count of first-degree sodomy in a continuing course of conduct(victim under 12 years of age), a Class A felony; one count of incest in a continuing course of conduct(victim under 12 years of age), a Class D felony; and one count of first-degree sexual abuse in a continuing course of conduct(victim under 12 years of age), a Class C felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about April 1, 2018 through March 31.

• Melinda C. Abner, 27, of Edmonton was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine, third or more offense), a Class D felony, and one count of drug paraphernalia buy/possess, a Class A misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about May 30.

• Douglas E. Justice, 47, of Smiths Grove was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine, second offense), a Class D felony; one count of second-degree fleeing or evading police(on foot), a Class A misdemeanor; one count of leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, a Class A misdemeanor; three counts of second-degree wanton endangerment, a Class A misdemeanor; one count of resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of operating å motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., a Class B misdemeanor, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about June 2.

• Austin T. Pedigo, 19, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree burglary, a Class B felony, and one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about June 4.

• Jonevan A. Meredith, 36, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of second-degree robbery, a Class C felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about June 5.

• Jose Y. Albarran, 31, of Cave City was indicted on one count of theft by deception($500 or more but less than $10,000), a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about Nov. 15.

• Charles J. Young, 57, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of failure to comply with sex offender registration, a Class D felony, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about June 6-17.

• Charles E. Clay, 27, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of theft of identity of another without consent, a Class D felony; one count of second-degree criminal attempt escape, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of second-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about July 1.

• Julio C. Alonso, 37, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of first-degree fleeing or evading police(motor vehicle), a Class D felony; one count of operating on a suspended or revoked operator's license, a Class B misdemeanor; and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender, for crimes that allegedly occurred on or about July 4.
