Davis-Dougherty
Crystal Diane Davis and Jared Thompson Dougherty were united in marriage on Oct. 13, 2007, in the Terre Haute Bible Center.
Gary Blackburn officiated.
The bride is the daughter of William and Karen Davis. She is a 2000 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School and of Indiana State University with a degree in elementary education. She is employed by Southwest School Corp.
Dougherty is the son of Robert and Vicki Dougherty. He is a 2000 graduate of Casey-Westfield High School and Indiana State University with a degree in criminology. He is employed by Franklin Township Fire Department in Indianapolis.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Amy Sweeney and Amber Davis, sister-in-law of the bride, were honor attendants. Shannon Justice, sister of the bridegroom, Jennifer Cutter, cousin of the bride, and Autumn Chastain, Tessa DeFore and Stephanie Boyd were bridesmaids. Kensie and Kristen Cutter, cousins of the bride, were junior bridesmaids.
Rob Dougherty, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Aaron Justice, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, Ryan Davis, brother of the bride, and Eric Honselman, Matthew Pape, Billy Roberts and Dennis Boyd were groomsmen.
Justin Thompson, cousin of the bridegroom, was usher.
Nathan Davis, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer. Alicia Davis, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.
Lindsey Thompson, Tess Grove and Abby Thompson were guest book attendants. Tara Grove, cousin of the bridegroom, Julie Quesenbery, cousin of the bride, and Jennifer LaPlante and Ashley Luebke were readers.
A reception followed in the St. George Social Center in Terre Haute.
The couple took a wedding trip to Key Largo, Fla., and now reside in West Terre Haute.
