Moggers Brewery, 908 Poplar St., (7 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) Observed employee preparing sandwich with bare hands; Pepperoni, shredded cheese, chopped eggs in salad coolers 53-59 and bag of chicken on top of microwave at 89F; Raw chicken, grilled peppers, onions and mushrooms found at 48-50 F; Italian beef and potato soup not cooled within time limits; Sliced corn beef, roast beef, ham and BBQ pork not marked with date of consumption; soda nozzle at bar found with accumulated pink debris and potato cutter found with old debris; Handwash sink in kitchen found dirty.
