The two teams exchanged baskets the rest of the way and the Cardinals were able to extended their lead over Glasgow back to double digits at 43-31 as the final eight minutes began.
Steely Harris took over in the final quarter for the Scotties, tallying five of the first seven points of the period to help the Scotties pull within nine at 45-36 with 7:11 to go in the game.
