Scotties' 'D' looking to stop potent ACS offense

Glasgow Daily Times

GLASGOW — The Glasgow High School Scotties hit the road again this Friday when they travel to Scottsville to face off with the Allen County-Scottsville Patriots. And if records matter at all in sports, Friday’s game should be no contest.

The Scotties go into the game with a perfect 3-0 slate, knocking off Hart County, Garrard County and Barren County. Glasgow has outscored their first three opponents 122-22. Allen County-Scottsville goes into Friday’s game with a 1-2 record, sporting losses to Mercer County and Greenwood. The Patriots’ only victory was a 35-28 victory over Marshall County last Friday night.

However, the ACS record is not fooling anyone, especially Glasgow High School coach Rick Wood.
