The Barren County Trojanettes beat Caverna 10-0 this weekend with early inning offensive explosions and a two-hit shutout effort on the mound from Abby Elmore.

Trojanette coach Kevin Jackson said, “I thought we took a step forward today and that’s been our game plan from day one. We want to get a little bit better each day.
“We started off the first week with a couple of tough teams and this week we came back with three wins. I feel the kids are starting to buy in to what we are talking about and getting a little bit better each day.”
