During a candlelight vigil held recently for his father Ochell Tuck at Beaver Trail Park, Dennis Tuck took time to look around.
In one corner of the park, he saw a youth baseball game with the stands full of parents. On another end of the park, he saw people walking a trail. And on another end of the park, he saw a family sitting down, taking a break and just enjoying some time together.
And while local officials honored his deceased father and praised him for what he meant to the community, Dennis Tuck thought about how his dad would be very happy if he could have been there at that moment.
