Before the season began, Metcalfe County High School Football Coach Freddie Harbison said one of the keys to his team being successful this year would be the squad’s ability to develop its own identity, to find out exactly what kind of team the Hornets are going to be on offense and defense.
And after the first four games of the season, Harbison said the Hornets are still looking for those answers. He said Metcalfe County has made some advances on both sides of the ball, but there is still a lot of work to do.
