GHS soccer meeting is set for July 14
Glasgow High School will hold a meeting at 6 p.m. on July 14 for boys and girls in grades 7-12 interested in playing soccer in the upcoming school year.
The meeting will take place in the GHS cafeteria.
Physicals will be collected at that time and other information will be disseminated.

BCHS football practice begins July 10
Barren County High School will hold its first football practice of the 2008 season July 10 at 6:30 at the football field house.
The practice is open to any BCHS student entering grades 9-12.

GMS football practice starts July 14
Glasgow Middle School football practice will begin July 14 at 3 p.m. at the school.
Players must have a physical before they will be allowed to practice. For more information, call 651-2256.

BCMS football practice begins July 14
The Barren County Middle School football team will begin practicing on July 14 from 6-8 p.m. at the Jackie B. Browning Little League Football Field. Cleat orders may be made at Hibbett’s in Glasgow.

Bowling Park Invitational is August 14-17
Bowling Park is hosting a baseball invitational tournament August 14-17 in Edmonton.
There are three divisions in the tournament: Coach pitch; 9-10 year olds; and 11-12 year olds. There is no entry fee.
