Barren County High School will hold its first football practice of the 2008 season July 10 at 6:30 at the football field house. The practice is open to any BCHS student entering grades 9-12. BCHS football camp begins Thursday Barren County High School is hosting a football camp July 10-11 for students entering grades 3-8. The cost of the camp is $25 and it is open to any student regardless of school district. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. The camp runs from 8:30 a.m. until noon. All participants will receive a t-shirt and lunch will be provided on July 11. Parents can preregister their child by sending the $25 fee to Barren County High School, Attn: Football Camp, 507 Trojan Trail, Glasgow, KY 42141. For more information, contact the Barren coaches at 270-659-0425. GHS soccer meeting is set for July 14 Glasgow High School will hold a meeting at 6 p.m. on July 14 for boys and girls in grades 7-12 interested in playing soccer in the upcoming school year. The meeting will take place in the GHS cafeteria. Physicals will be collected at that time and other information will be disseminated.
