‘Snap’ into Shape
The Glasgow Recreation Department is teaming up with Snap Fitness to offer a fitness program that will fit in anyone’s schedule. Registration is easy: 1) consider checking with your doctor, 2) come into the Recreation Department to register, pay and weigh in, 3) begin a diet and exercise program that fits your schedule.
This is the part where Snap Fitness comes in. They have reduced their membership fees for participants in our program, and are also offering a free one year membership to Snap Fitness for the winner of our “Snap” into Shape fitness program.
You must come in register, pay and weigh by Friday, Jan. 16, at the office. The Recreation Department cost for this program is only $10. You will receive a t-shirt once all participants have registered.
You are required to come in and record your weight once a week and pick up the packet of fitness information that will be prepared for you. The winner of the Snap Fitness one-year membership must sign up with Snap Fitness as well as joining our program to be eligible, and from those participants the person that has the biggest percentage of weight loss by Friday, April 3, will be the winner.

Open Gym Basketball
