Caverna wins at Bethlethem
BARDSTOWN – Caverna picked up its seventh with of the season with a 76-60 win at Bethlehem on Monday night.
The Colonels (7-4) used a 16-5 run in the third quarter to extend their lead to 17 points and cruised to the win.
“Our guard play tonight was really good,” Caverna coach Tim Arnold said. “Our pressure was a big key for us. We turned them over early, especially in the third quarter and got a run going.”
Ethan Boles had 13 rebounds for Caverna and Jordan Rice dished out eight assists.
“I’m very pleased with how we’re coming along, especially the way we handled ourselves on the road,” Arnold said.
The Colonels return to play tonight with a home contest against John Hardin.
