Donna Sue Baum
LUCAS — Donna Sue Baum, 66, of Lucas, died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at her home.
The Louisville native was the daughter of the late James R. and Dorothy Schardle Mitchell. Mrs. Baum was an employee of the Barren County Family YMCA and a member of Christ the King Catholic Church and a member of Ladies Auxiliary at T. J. Samson Community Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Rick; four children, Leanna Gant and fiancé Greg Real and John (Melinda) Baum, both of Louisville, Lynnette (Steven) Richardson, of Shelbyville, and Jeff (Karla) Baum, of Kansas; 11 grandchildren, Casey, Courtney, Brian, Jessica, Willie, Savannah, Derrek, Catie, Jake, Erin and Christopher; a great-grandchild, Jennica, and a brother, James “Bobby” Mitchell of Louisville.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. eastern Wednesday, Feb. 27, at St. Paul Catholic Church in Louisville with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin Monday at 3:30 p.m. at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with a Rosary service to be at 7 p.m. and Tuesday from 1 until 8 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home, Dixie Highway, Louisville.
GLASGOW — John Walter Bradley, 75, of Glasgow, died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Funeral arrangements are incomplete but are under the direction of the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
GLASGOW — Clarence Bragg, 80, of Glasgow, passed away Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at his home.
Born in Adair County, he was the son of the late Rufus and Millie Jessie Bragg. He was a member of Prices Creek Missionary Baptist Church and was a self employed electrician.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Ellar Kate Moore Bragg; two daughters, Barbara (Mike) Howell, of Glasgow, and Carolyn (Robert) Crabtree, of Horse Cave; five grandchildren, Nicholas, Miranda and Amanda Howell, and Ashley Crabtree (Fiancé’ Jeremy Shoemaker), all of Glasgow, and Cheryl (Jonathan) Adwell, of Horse Cave; one great-grandchild, Heather Adwell; three sisters, Dorine (Elbert) Fields, Margaret Gerald and Lois Goode, all of Glasgow, and two brothers, Wayne (Carol) Bragg and Roger Bragg, all of Glasgow.
He was preceded in death by an infant son, a brother, Lawrence Bragg, and two sisters, Marie Bragg and Judy Furlong.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Prices Creek Missionary Baptist Church with burial in Bragg Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
