LOUISVILLE – Hilda Mae Copas, 91, formerly of Glasgow, died Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013, in Louisville.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete, but are under the direction of A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
Geneva Ann Laird Gore
CAVE CITY – Geneva Ann Laird Gore, 70, of Cave City, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital, Glasgow.
The Cave City native was born April 22, 1943, to the late Charlie and Gladys Hatcher Laird and was the widow of Donald Wayne Gore. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and was a retired ticket salesperson for Miss Green River boat ride.
Survivors include a son, Gregory Gore and his wife Shelley, of Cave City; a daughter, Donessa Ann Miller, of Cave City; a brother, Leonard Laird, of Bon Ayr; two grandchildren, Joey Cowles and Brianna Cowles.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Herman Laird, Garvie Laird and Franklin Laird.
Funeral services, with Russell Hatcher officiating, will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, at Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel, Cave City, with burial in Cave City Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be after 5 p.m. Thursday.
CAVE CITY – Mary Jameson, 91, of Cave City, died Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013, in Glasgow.
The Barren County native was born April 2, 1922, to the late Wren and Fannie Mae Watt Crabtree. She was married to Jack Jameson, who preceded her in death.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30, at Patton Funeral Home, Park City Chapel. The funeral service will be 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30, at the funeral home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Richard ‘Rick’ Martin
GLASGOW – Richard “Rick” Martin, 68, of Glasgow, died suddenly, Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013, in Glasgow.
He was born in Glasgow, the son of the late Clarence E. and Mae Turner Martin. Rick was retired from the Aramark Company and also farmed. He enjoyed horseback riding and was very active in the Ohio County Equestrian Handicap Riding Program.
Survivors include his wife, Teresa Tinsley Martin; four children, Donna (Tony) Jones, of Dyersburg, Tenn., Robert (Stephanie) Martin, of Owensboro, Angela Martin, of Glasgow and B.J. (Joann) Eaton, of Glasgow; eight grandchildren, Austen Eaton, Olivia Jackson, Jack Martin, Lillie Daniel, Jordyn Martin, Bailee Daughtery, Landen Daughtery and Brooklyn Daughtery; two brothers, Orby (Nellie) Martin, of Glasgow and Billy Joe (Carol Ann) Martin, of Cave City; three sisters, Etta (Kenneth) Calvert, Ann Norman and Mary D. Carter, all of Glasgow; his father and mother-in-law, Bill and Helen Tinsley, of Glasgow; a brother-in-law, Don (Linda) Tinsley, of Glasgow and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six brothers, Herbert, Paul, David, Allen, Wilson and Lee Martin; and two sisters, Margie Ward and Nadine Morgan.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 30, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 2 until 8 p.m. and Friday morning until time for the services at the funeral home.

Eula Frances Renick
MUNFORDVILLE – Eula Frances Renick, 93, of Munfordville, died Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013, at Nashville Centennial Medical Center.
She was a native of Hart County and the daughter of the late Claude and Nora Moss Burd. Mrs. Renick was preceded in death her husband, Robert.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with burial in Pearl Webb Cemetery at Canmer.
Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. and after 8 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
LAFAYETTE, Tenn. – William Lynn Driver, 53, of Lafayette, Tenn., died Monday, August 26, 2013, at Macon County General Hospital. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in Poplar Log Cemetery.
