GLASGOW — Pauline Taylor Peden, 94, of Glasgow, died Friday, Jan. 24, 2014, at Barren County Health Care Facility in Glasgow. The Barren County native was the daughter of the late Vance Gist Taylor and Ruby Mae Browning Taylor and was the wife of the late Ebley D. Peden.

Mrs. Peden was a former employee of the Kentucky Pants Company and was a member of Columbia Avenue Church of Christ.

She is survived by two sons, James E. Peden and wife Sara Jo, of Glasgow and Richard A. Peden and wife Sue, of Pensacola, Fla.; six grandchildren, James H. (Debbie) Peden, of Louisville, Sara Elizabeth (Brian) Tallent, of Franklin, Tenn., David M. (Paige) Peden, of Louisville, Eric Peden (Fiancée Janet), of Louisville, Kim (Jamie) Crittenden and Natalie (Greg) Pate, of Pensacola, Fla. and six great-grandchildren. Her nieces and nephews also survive: Howard Taylor, Bob Cary, Carolyn Moran, Larry Peden, Melissa Franklin and Brenda Houshar.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28 at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 4 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
