Delois Imogene “Jeanie” Garmon
EDMONTON – Delois Imogene “Jeanie” Garmon, 68, of Edmonton, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at her home.  She was the daughter of the late Mawk and Ruby Reece Wisdom.  She, along with her husband, were owners and operators of Don's Auto Repair in Edmonton. She was a member of the Grace Union Baptist Church.  
She is survived by her husband, Don Garmon, of Edmonton; two children, Sally, and husband Mark Caffee, of Edmonton, and Gary Garmon (Jennifer Morgan), of Tompkinsville; one granddaughter, Amy, and husband Noel Vazquez, of Louisville; two great-grandsons, Nathan and Andrew Vazquez, of Louisville; two sisters, Sue Wisdom, of Edmonton and Wanda Brewer, of Beaver Creek, Ohio; a sister-in-law, Sharon Wisdom, of Edmonton.  Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two grandsons, Richie and Justin Caffee, a brother, Carlos Wisdom and sister, Jeanette Gibson.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton, with burial in the Metcalfe County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m.  Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. 
Joyce Sandra Jessie
GLASGOW – Joyce Sandra Jessie, 65, of Glasgow, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at her home.  She was the daughter of the late Hymon and Verta Janes. She was a former employee of ACK Controls in Glasgow and member of the Poplar Springs Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Gene Jessie, of Glasgow; one son, Jamie (Amanda) Jessie, of Glasgow; one sister, Lena (David) Cook, of Louisville; three grandchildren, Kolton Jessie, Kayla Brown and Olivia Gorman, all of Glasgow; and one great-grandchild, Raelan Brown.   
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton, with burial in the Moore Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:30 until 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Olen Keith Shive

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Olen Keith Shive, 71, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, after an extended illness. Keith was preceded in death by his wife, Linda, his wife of over 43 years. Keith was saved by the grace of God as a young boy. He retired in December 2006 from the GM Metal Fabricating plant in Indianapolis after working there for nearly 48 years. Keith was also a veteran of the U.S. Army, a proud member of UAW Local 23 in Indianapolis, and a regular attendee of Southside Missionary Baptist Church. Born and raised in Tompkinsville, Keith carried a lifelong love for his hometown, and returned frequently to visit family, friends and acquaintances. 
Keith is survived by two sons, Brian Keith Shive (Celeste), of Indianapolis, and Bryon Kurt Shive (Jeralen) of Bolivar, Mo.; and one daughter, Cynthia LaRae Carver (Brad), of Gallatin, Tenn.; six grandchildren, Justin (Katie), Lauren, Devon, Brayden, Jaycee and Bryton; one great-granddaughter, Alexis; one brother, Welbie Shive (Janice), of Indianapolis; two sisters, Leoma White (Harlie), of Campbellsville and Connie Smith, of Nashville, Tenn.; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and in-laws. At the time of his death, Keith was also expecting another grandchild and another great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Nov. 8, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home, and from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 9. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, Nov. 9 at 11 a.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Skaggs Creek Cemetery.
Roger Carnahan
GLASGOW – Roger Carnahan, 63, of Glasgow, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, in Washington Courthouse, Ohio. Funeral arrangements are incomplete but are under the direction of the A. F. Crow and Son Funeral Home.
