Billie Louise Nevins Kerr
BOWLING GREEN – Billie Louise Nevins Kerr, 78, of Bowling Green, formerly of Tompkinsville, died Oct. 30, 2013, at Greenwood Nursing and Rehab in Bowling Green.
She was the daughter of the late Charlie Nevins and Orpha Spears Nevins and the wife of Reed Kerr of Bowling Green.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, with burial in Monroe County Memorial Lawn. Visitation is after 2 p.m. Saturday and after 8 a.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to Nollie Costello for Greenwood Nursing and Rehab activities.
Russell D. Norris
TOMPKINSVILLE – Russell D. Norris, 59, of Tompkinsville died Oct. 31, 2013, at Monroe County Medical Center.
He was a son of the late William Stanley and Ada Odell Ballard Norris. He was the husband of Vermal Norris of Tompkinsville, who survives.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at McMurtrey Funeral Home, with burial in Franklin Cemetery. Visitation begins at 2 p.m. Sunday.

SMITHS GROVE — Connie Sue Wilkerson, 65, of Smiths Grove, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013, after an accident on the family farm.
She was born in Beech Grove, Ind., a daughter of the late Ralph and Christine Settles Neathery. Mrs. Wilkerson was retired after 25 years from Dart Container and was a member of Merry Oaks United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling and painting pictures and loved horses and all animals, and she was a faithful contributor to the Barren River Animal Welfare Association.
She is survived by her husband, Paul D. Wilkerson; her daughter, Jill Harmon and husband Jay of Scottsville; her granddaughter, Jayden Harmon of Scottsville; and a sister, Betty Wanner of Plant City, Fla.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Harding.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Merry Oaks Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday.
