Jeromy Cole Adams

GLASGOW – Jeromy Cole Adams, infant son of Timothy “T.J.” and Terri Marie Mills Adams, of Glasgow, died Tuesday, Jan.15, 2013, shortly after birth.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Kaden Bowles, Kason Bowles and Timothy Royce Adams III; and a sister, Kaliegh Bowles; maternal grandparents, William T. Mills, of Smiths Grove, and Carol Pruitt (Johnny Williams), of Woodburn; paternal grandparents, Melissa Stinson (Beau Carter), of Austin Tracy, and Timothy Adams, of Taylorsville; maternal great-grandparent, Mabel Mills, of Smiths Grove; paternal great-grandparents, Billy and Judy Hudson, of Austin, Irene and Roy Adams, of Hillview, and Larry Seeley of Taylorsville; and several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Bill Mills and Estle and Nonnie Pruitt.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Kinser Cemetery in Edmonson County.


Cobert Depp Jr.

GLASGOW – Cobert Depp Jr., 83, of Glasgow, died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at his residence.

Mr. Depp was born in Barren County, the oldest son of the late Cobert and Louise Depp Sr. Mr. Depp was retired from Mid-State Recycling and a Korean War veteran. He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cobert and Louise Depp Sr., five brothers, four sisters and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Mary J. Sanderson-Depp; eight daughters, Shelby Howard (Mike), C.J. Elliott (Bobby), Mary Curry (Rev. Chris), Nellie Depp, Penny Depp, Nora Depp, Patricia Bransford, all of Glasgow, and Ann Williams (Willie), of Fort Worth Texas; a son, Doug Depp (Melissa), of Glasgow; a nephew he reared as his own, William Sanderson (Choya) of Anchorage, Alaska; six grandchildren, Nicole Elliott, Matthew and Abigail Depp, Faith Curry, all of Glasgow, Dwight Bransford, of Louisville, and Montina Patterson, of St. Louis, Mo.; five great-grandchildren; three brothers, George H. Depp, of Horse Cave, Milton Depp (Eva), of Glasgow, and Anthony Depp (Brenda), of Glasgow; two brothers-in-law, James B. Sanderson, of Louisville, and Willie Barlow, of Cave City; and a sister-in-law, Gracie Beasley, of Bowling Green.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at Hopewell Baptist Church in Glasgow with Rev. Chris Curry officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellow Cemetery. Visitation begins at 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at Hopewell Baptist Church.
