BOWLING GREEN – Caffa Elane Forshee, 72, of Bowling Green, died Thursday, June 20, 2013, at Hospice House of Southern Kentucky.
She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Mary Lou Boyd Thomason, and wife of David Forshee, who survives.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Tammy Dawn Shaw Graham
BOWLING GREEN – Tammy Dawn Shaw Graham, 50, of Bowling Green, formerly of Monroe County, died Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at The Medical Center in Bowling Green.
She was the daughter of Shirley Rich Young, of Tompkinsville and the late Cleon Shaw.
Visitation is after noon Saturday at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Cremation was chosen.
Memorials are suggested to the American Lung Association.
LUTZ, Fla. – Perry Lewis, 54, of Lutz, Fla., passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 18, 2013.
Perry was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend to many. He was also a well-respected businessman who was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Sara Hatcher Lewis; son, Steven Lewis; daughter, Jincy Soler (Shawn); parents, Charles and Yvonne Harlow Lewis, of Glasgow; sister, Carla McPhee; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Windell L. Pierce
TAYLORSVILLE, Ind. – Windell L. Pierce, 73, of Taylorsville, died Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at Columbus Regional Hospital emergency room.
Born in Barren County, Windell was the son of the late Lonnie Q. Pierce and the late Nina Pardue Pierce. He married Mona L. Saltsman, who survives.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hawcreek Missionary Baptist Church on Mill Street in Hope with Brother Joe Whitehead officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home, 3855 25th St., Columbus, Ind., and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. Burial will be at Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hawcreek Missionary Baptist Church.
Marguerite J. Ryan
GLASGOW – Marguerite Jones Ryan, 98, of Glasgow, died Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at the Barren County Health Care Center.
A native of Barren County, she was a daughter of the late Henry Edward and Eva Pearl Freeman Jones. She was a retired employee of J.J. Newberry’s, a former deputy jailer, a handsewer at Handmacher Fashions and a member of Glasgow Baptist Church and the Gleaner’s Sunday School Class.
Survivors include one daughter, Patt Edwards and husband Donald, of Glasgow; three sons, Jerry Ryan and his wife Amelia, of Glasgow, Joe Ryan and his wife Ali, of The Villages, Fla., and Lawrence Ryan and his wife Pam, of Adairsville, Ga.; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; three nieces.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Jordan Ryan; one son, Glenn Ryan; four grandsons, Mark Ryan, Jason Ryan, Brandon Ryan and Chad Ryan; one great-grandson, Jayden Ryan; one sister, Grant Stuart, of California.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
