Opal B. Hoover
BOWLING GREEN — Opal B. Hoover, 81, of Bowling Green and a former Barren County resident, died Friday, Feb. 7, 2014 at Christian Home Care in Bowling Green.
She was born at Lucas, the daughter of the late Harry L. and Dovie Williams Bunch. Mrs. Hoover was a homemaker and a member of Living Hope Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband Charles T. Hoover; two sons, Jerry A. (Janet) Hoover of Indianapolis, Ind., and Rick L. (Nancy) Hoover of Castle Rock, Colo.; a daughter, Tambra A. Brenner of Indianapolis, Ind.; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Bunch of San Diego, Calif., and Donald (Jo Ann) Bunch of Louisville; and two sisters, Louise Boyd of Clarksville, Tenn., and Elizabeth Brown of Cincinnati, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Steve Brenner; a sister, Ollie Everett; and a brother, Harry Bunch.
Funeral services will be 1pm Thursday, Feb. 13 at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Neal’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 11am until time for the service.
