GLASGOW — Michelle Wise Butler

BONNIEVILLE – Michelle Wise Butler, 40, of Bonnieville, died Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014.

She was the daughter of the late Henry Wise and Mary Sallee Wise, who survives.

The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, at Brooks Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be at Camp Ground United Methodist Church, Bonnieville, at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, with Brother Stevie Highbaugh officiating. Interment will be at Camp Ground Cemetery in  Bonnieville.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Brooks Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.

 

Sandra Kaye McCue Ford

GAMALIEL – Sandra Kaye McCue Ford, of Gamaliel, died Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, at her home in Gamaliel.

She was the daughter of the late Henry Willie McCue and Chloe Belcher McCue.

She is survived by her husband, Alonza Ford, of Gamaliel.

Visitation will begin after 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 4, and after 7:30 a.m. Wednesday until time of service at Strode’s Gamaliel Chapel in Gamaliel.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, at the funeral home, followed by burial in Gamaliel Cemetery in Gamaliel.

Memorials are suggested to Gamaliel VFD, Flippin VFD, Fountain Run VFD or Saint Jude Children’s Hospital.

 

Selva Isenberg

TOMPKINSVILLE – Selva Isenberg, 90, of Tompkinsville, died Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, while in the company of family members, at his residence.

On Jan. 14, 1956, he married Nevona Fox Isenberg, who preceded him in death Nov. 22, 1997.

Selva was born in Monroe County on Oct. 19, 1923, a son of the late Grace (Turner) and Clarence Isenberg.

Funeral service was on Monday, Feb. 3, at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with Randall McPherson officiating. Burial followed in Isenberg Cemetery, Tompkinsville.

 

Kenneth Long

BUFFALO – Kenneth Long, 75, of Buffalo, died Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, at Sunrise Manor Nursing Facility in Hodgenville.

He was the son of the late Emerson and Nannie Pruitt Long.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Brother Ronnie Gowens officiating. Burial will be in Jesus Name Church Cemetery at Campbellsville. Visitation will be Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time for service at the funeral home.

 

Jimmie D. Mabrey

SCOTTSVILLE – Jimmie D. Mabrey, 73, died Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, at The Medical Center in Bowling Green.

He was the son of the late Elbridge Mabrey and Gertie Blankenship Mabrey.

Funeral service was 11 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 3, at Strode Funeral Home in Scottsville. Burial was in Crescent Hill Cemetery in Scottsville.

 

Lovie Nell Mouser


HORSE CAVE – Lovie Nell Mouser, 89, of Horse Cave, died Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, at her home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Lee “Ed” Mouser and her parents, Ed Lile and Rena Crain Lile.

Funeral services will be Friday, Feb. 7, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial to follow in Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. and after 8 a.m. on Friday until service time.

   

Penny Pedigo


BROWNSVILLE – Penny Pedigo, 37, of Brownsville, died Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, at Hospice House of Southern Ky.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Pedigo.

Penny is survived by her mother, Judy Duvall Pedigo, of Magnolia.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Brother Malcolm and Brother Jeff Doyle officiating. Burial will be in Lambert Cemetery in Edmonson County.

Visitation is in progress and will continue on Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and after 8 a.m. Wednesday at  the funeral home.

The family requests that memorial donations be made to Hospice House of Southern Ky.; the donations may be left at Sego Funeral Home.
