Carolyn Inez Hale Gearlds
TOMPKINSVILLE – Carolyn Inez Hale Gearlds, 66, of Tompkinsville, died Monday, Oct. 21, 2013, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital.
Carolyn was born in Tompkinsville, on Aug. 24, 1947, a daughter of the late Dealie (Adams) and Roy Hale. On May 25, 1979, in Celina, Tenn., she married William B. Gearlds, who survives her.
Funeral services will be at Yokley Trible Funeral Home at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, with Ron Gilbert officiating.
Visitation is in progress and will continue on Thursday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Skaggs Creek Cemetery.
William Mack Gott
BOWLING GREEN – William Mack Gott, 74, of Bowling Green, died Monday, Oct. 21, 2013, at Magnolia Village.
He was the son of the late Evirn and Mabel Regal Gott, and husband of the late Linda Shelley Gott and Wilma Johnson Gott, who survives.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel, with burial in Fairview Cemetery #2.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Dustin Tyler Fields
UPTON – Dustin Tyler Fields, 24, of Upton, died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, at Norton Hospital in Louisville.
He was the son of Doug Fields and Pam Riggs Fields, of Upton.
He is also survived by his wife, Jennifer Fields.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, and from noon to 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, at Brooks Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at the church with Brother Stephen Copelin and Brother Shane Wilson officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery in Upton.
Jessie Grider Mitchell
SMITHS GROVE – Jessie Grider Mitchell, 85, of Smiths Grove, died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013, at The Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late Louie and Annie Mae Haley Duncan, and wife of the late Arnold Elton Mitchell.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery #2.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Harold Ray Vowell
BOWLING GREEN – Harold Ray Vowell, 85, of Bowling Green, died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, at his residence.
He was the son of the late Abner Bismark and Eleanor Utley Vowell.
No services are scheduled at this time; cremation was chosen.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hardy & Son Funeral Home.

Reid Welsh, 75, of Edmonton
Funeral services will be Thursday, July 24, at 11 a.m. at McMurtrey Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will begin Wednesday, July 23, at 3 p.m. and continue at the funeral home until time of services on Thursday.

Funeral services for Houston Riggs will be 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Rounsaville officiating. Burial will be in Leesville Cemetery at Upton. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 9 p.m. CST and after 8 a.m. Thursday at Sego Funeral Home.
William E. 'Bill' Wade, 82, of Columbia, Md.
A memorial service will be held at Harry H. Witzke’s Family Funeral Home, Inc. in Ellicott City, Md., at 1 p.m. on July 26, 2014. A private burial will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, July 24, at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. on Wednesday and after 7:30 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Old Mount Hermon Cemetery in Monroe County.
Stephen Earl Biggers, 60, of Franklin, Tenn.
Stephen Earl’s wishes were to be cremated. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, July 27, from 2 to 4 p.m. at A.F. Crow and Son Funeral Home in Glasgow.
