Dennis Ray Dilley
SHEPHERDSVILLE – Dennis Ray Dilley, 56, of Shepherdsville, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013.
He was born in Louisville and was a United States Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard Dilley.
Survivors include a daughter, Christina Wood, and husband Nate; mother, JoAnne Bartz; brother, Ronald Dilley, and wife Therese; niece, Cara Dilley; nephew, Jacob Dilley.
Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home, Horse Cave, with burial in Larimore Cemetery, Hardyville.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. Saturday until time for funeral service at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be given to Hosparus of Louisville.
Ola M. Doyle
CAVE CITY– Ola M. Doyle, 95, of Cave City, died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, in Horse Cave.
She was born in Edmonton County to the late Monty and Myrtle Hogan Esters and was the wife of the late David Doyle. She was a housewife and a member of Basil Chapel United Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Stanley Doyle (Joyce), and Phillip Doyle (Wanda), both of Cave City; one daughter, Frances Sexton, of Cave City; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Ruth Ann Wilson; one great-grandson, David Nigro; one son-in-law, Curly Sexton; three sisters and one brother.
Visitation will be from 12 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 and 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at Patton Funeral Home Park City Chapel. The funeral service will be Friday, Jan. 4, 2012, at 1 p.m., at Basil Chapel United Baptist Church, with burial in Cave City Cemetery.
GLASGOW – Christopher Scott Combs, 45, of Glasgow died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012, at his home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitation will be Thursday morning until time for the service.
