Friday, December 14, 2007 Obituaries Glasgow Daily TimesTOMPKINSVILLE — Flora Hazel Lyons, 70, died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2007, at St. Francis Hospital & Health Centers in Beech Grove, Ind. She was a daughter of the late Chester Gaines and Thena (Minton) Gaines. Survivors include her husband, Douglas R. Lyons of Tompkinsville.
Funeral services will be Monday, Dec. 17, 2007, at 1 p.m. at the Strode Funeral Home, Tompkinsville, with burial in Old Mt. Herman Cemetery, Tompkinsville. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. today at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville, Ind., and on Monday, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville. SERVICES LOUISVILLE — Billy G. Lile, 60, passed away Saturday, Dec. 8, 2007, at Saint Mary and Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home, Horse Cave, with burial in the Whickerville Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted by DAV Chapter 20 of Glasgow at the cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:30 until 9 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. EDMONTON — Theodore Russell Martin Jr., 78, formerly of South Haven, Mich., died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2007, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton. GLASGOW — Leslie Gene Meadows, 65, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007, at the Taylor County Regional Hospital in Campbellsville. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Gods House at Knob Lick with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Saturday at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. MUNFORDVILLE — Zuleima Thompson, 85, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007, at her residence. Funeral services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, with interment in the Cub Run Cemetery. Visitation is in progress until 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
