GLASGOW — Jeffrey Thomas Foster, 59, died suddenly Monday morning, Sept. 21, 2009, at his home. He was born in Houston, Texas, the son of the late Andrew Crump Foster and Janet Flint Foster. Jeff was an educator in the Glasgow and Barren County school systems for 27 years and was a long-time seasonal ranger at Mammoth Cave National Park. He is survived by his wife, Brenda; a son, Jon Foster and wife Natalie of Marietta, Ga.; a daughter, Jayne Foster of Bowling Green; two grandchildren: Rodes and Edith Foster of Marietta, Ga.; his brother: Andy Foster and wife Emily of Palm Desert, Calif.; a niece: Dr. Amy Williams of Chicago, Ill.; and a nephew: Chris Foster of Washington, DC. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 2009, at Glasgow Baptist Church with burial in Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home from 1 until 8 p.m. and on Friday at Glasgow Baptist Church from 10 a.m. until time for the service. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to the Jeffrey T. She was the daughter of the late Joe and Neomi Fox Adams and wife of the late Roy Edward Hale. Funeral services will be Thursday, Sept. 24, at 2 p.m. at Yokley-Trible Funeral Home, Tompkinsville, with burial in Skaggs Creek Cemetery. Visitation is after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
