Maurae Foster
GLASGOW — Maurae Foster, 86, died Sunday, May 17, 2009, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital.
She was born in Barren County, the daughter of the late Aubrey C. Hunley and Elcie Whitlow Hunley. Maurae was currently an employee of the Barren County P.V.A. Office and had retired from South Central Rural Telephone Co-op after many years of service. She was a member of Glasgow Baptist Church and was a charter member of Glasgow B & PW Club where she remained very active.
She is survived by one son: David H. Foster and wife Paula of Franklin, Tenn; four grandchildren: Erin McDuffie, Lindsey Foster and Paige Foster, all of Franklin, Tenn., and Douglas Foster of Bowling Green; a daughter-in-law: Gracie Foster Norton of Bowling Green; and a sister: Marjorie Garrett of Temple Hill.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilton E. Foster; a son, Steve E. Foster; and a sister, Mildred Gore.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday May 20, 2009, at Glasgow Baptist Church with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. On Wednesday, visiting hours will continue at the funeral home from 7 until 9:30 a.m. and at Glasgow Baptist Church from 10 a.m. until time for the service.

William Thomas Runyon
GLASGOW — William Thomas "Tommy" Runyon, 63, died Monday, May 18, 2009, at NHC Health Care Facility in Glasgow.
Born in Glasgow, he was the son of the late James Edward and Dorothy Madeline Vance Runyon and husband of the late Mary Ann Hatcher Runyon. Mr. Runyon was of the Baptist faith and former owner and operator of Runyons Auto Salvage in Glasgow.
Survivors include a daughter: Tina Gray (Greg) of Summer Shade; two sons: James Runyon of Glasgow and Jessie Runyon (Lori) of Lafayette, Tenn.; nine grandchildren: Haley Runyon, John Runyon, Cole Runyon, Reese Runyon, Harley Gray, Becky Gray, Dustyn Runyon, Jennika Runyon and Kasie Runyon; two brothers: Ernest Runyon (Donita) and David Runyon (Lilly), both of Glasgow; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry and Donald Runyon.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3 p.m. today (Tuesday) at the funeral home.

FOUNTAIN RUN — Waneeta Hunt, 88, of Fountain Run, died Sunday, May 17, 2009, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services will be at the Hughes Funeral Home in Fountain Run on Wednesday at 1 p.m. with burial will be in Fountain Run Cemetery. Visitation is in progress at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Fountain Run Cemetery or the Fountain Run Fire Department.
GLASGOW — JT Light, 79, died Sunday May 17, 2009, at Caverna Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today (Tuesday) at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in memory of JT Light to your favorite charity.
