3:18 AFTERNOON UPDATE: three individuals arrested for felony offenses

GLASGOW — The Glasgow Police Department arrested three individuals on felony charges recently.

Martin R. Gentry, 46, of Cave City, was arrested Saturday by GPD Officer Jabin McGuire on a Barren County warrant for first degree criminal mischief; fourth degree assault, minor injury; third degree terroristic threatening; and third degree criminal trespassing.

He was released Monday from the Barren County Detention Center in lieu of a $300 bail credit with personal recognizance and a $2,500 unsecured bond.

Caleb T. Bogard, 22, was arrested Monday by GPD Officer Steven Shields and charged with trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 oz, first offense; drug paraphernalia, buy/possess; second degree possession controlled substance, Hallucinogen; illegal possession of legend drug; possession of marijuana; second degree possession controlled substance, drug unspecified; first degree possession controlled substance, first offense, drug unspecified, according to the jail website.

He was released Tuesday from the Barren County Detention Center in lieu of a $1,500 unsecured bond, according to the jail website.

James B. Whitlow, 28, of Glasgow, was arrested Wednesday by GPD Sgt. Bradley Lewis on a Cumberland County Warrant for receiving stolen property under $10,000; obscuring the identity of a machine over $500, but less than $10,000; and two counts of being a persistent felony offender, according to GPD citation.

As of Thursday evening, he was being held at the Barren County Detention Center without bond, according to the jail website.
