9:09 EVENING UPDATE: Overturned tractor causes death

GLASGOW — On Tuesday, Sept. 10, Hart County Sheriff's office responded to a complaint of an overturned tractor at 5475 Cub Run Hwy, Munfordville, KY. Cleo Payton, age 65, of Munfordville, KY was bush-hogging when his tractor overturned. He was pronounced dead on the scene by Hart County Coroner Jeff Roten. Hart County Ambulance Service and Munfordville Volunteer Fire Department also responded, according to a Hart County Sheriff press release.
