4:17 AFTERNOON UPDATE: Man arrested for wanton endangerment

GLASGOW — Jonathon D. Avis, 22, of Glasgow, was arrested on Wednesday by Glasgow Police Department officer Jacob Elmore and charged with 1st degree wanton endangerment and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

He was released Thursday from the Barren County Detention Center on a $1,500 surety bond, according to the jail website.
