GPD police officers make arrests

GLASGOW — Mandolynne Leeann Joyner, 29, of Smiths Grove, was arrested Sunday morning by Glasgow Police Department Officer Justin Claywell and charged with theft by unlawful taking or dispensation, shoplifting, $500 or more but less than $10,000, according to a GPD citation.

She was released later Sunday from the Barren County Detention Center on a $1,500 unsecured bond, according to the jail website.

• Maelea K. Stratton, 27, of Glasgow, was arrested Saturday morning by GPD Officer Justin Claywell and charged with theft of a legend drug, first offense or value less than $300; theft by unlawful taking less than $500; and prescription drug not in original container, according to a GPD citation.

She was released later Saturday from the Barren County Detention Center on a $1,500 cash bond, according to the jail website.

• Zachary A. Scott, 21, of Glasgow, was arrested Saturday morning by GPD Officer Joseph Ford and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc., 0.08, first offense; possession of marijuana; and disregarding a traffic control device (traffic light), according to a GPD citation.

He was released from the Barren County Detention Center on a $500 unsecured bond, according to the jail website.

• Cody P. Stinnett, 26, of Glasgow was arrested Friday evening and charged by GPD Officer Steven Shields with two counts of second-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified); prescription controlled substance not in original container, first offense; and public intoxication (excludes alcohol), according to a GPD citation.

He was released Saturday from the Barren County Detention Center on a $400 bail credit with cash bond, according to the jail website.
