5:57 AFTERNOON UPDATE: Man arraigned on several drug charges

GLASGOW — On Monday in the Barren County District Court, a Glasgow man pleaded not guilty to multiple drug charges and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Courtney C. Woodard, 31, was arraigned on the following charges: possession of marijuana; possession of a controlled substance, cocaine; endangering the welfare of a minor; and drug paraphernalia drug/possess.

On Nov. 6, Cave City Police Department officer Mike Gibbons administered a search warrant on 144 W. Estes Road and found suspected crack cocaine. A 20-month old child was at the residence during this time. The toddler was in Woodard’s vehicle while he was delivering cocaine to a confidential informant, the citation stated.
