TOMPKINSVILLE — Joe Kelly Fish

TOMPKINSVILLE – Joe Kelly Fish, 40, of Tompkinsville, died Saturday, May 11, 2013, on Ky. 90 in Barren County as the result of an automobile accident

He was the son of Larry and Darlene Fish and Debbie and James Carter, all of Tompkinsville

The body will lie in state from 12 p.m. until services time at 2 p.m. on Monday at the Poplar Log Baptist Church in Monroe County. Funeral service will be Monday, May 13, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Poplar Log Baptist Church. Burial will be in Poplar Log Cemetery in Monroe County.

Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville is in charge of the arrangements.
