8:20 p.m. EVENING UPDATE: Jury in BCSO trial has reached some verdicts, but still deliberating on others

BOWLING GREEN — The jury in the federal case against Barren County Sheriff Chris Eaton, BCSO Deputy Aaron Bennett and Barren-Edmonson County Drug Task Force Detective Eric Guffey has informed Judge Joseph H. McKinley Jr. that they have reached some verdicts and are stuck on others. McKinley told them they are allowed to announce partial verdicts and then return tomorrow to continue deliberating, but the jury has so far decided to continue deliberating before making any announcements.
