95210: The right number for teens

GLASGOW — A new health and wellness initiative for the Barren County School District was announced Tuesday at the annual Lunch Time Expo at the Western Kentucky University-Glasgow campus.

The new program is called 95210. It stands for nine hours of sleep a night, five servings of fruits and vegetables a day, limiting yourself to no more than two hours of screen time per day (including cell phone, television and computer usage), one hour of exercise every 24 hours and zero sugary soda drinks each day.
