Saturday proves busy for Park City

GLASGOW — Larry Poteet, a firefighter at Park City Volunteer Fire Department, had a much busier than usual Saturday.

He responded to a motor vehicle wreck with injury on Bon Ayr Road in Park City at 1:38 p.m., a structure fire on Louisville Road in Park City at 3:27 p.m. and another structure fire on Marina Court in Cave City at 5:55 p.m. The PCVFD also responded to a collision at 4:36 p.m. at the 48-mile marker on Interstate 65.

Even though the events were close together, Poteet said that he had breaks between them.
