9:57 MORNING UPDATE: KSP investigating Marion Co. shooting

LEBANON —  

At approximately 1:36 a.m. Friday the Kentucky State Police received a call from Marion County Dispatch in regards to a shooting that took place outside Raywick Bar and Grill. 

The shooting led to 22-year-old, David Litsey of Lebanon being transported to Springview Hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries, according to a state police press release.

An autopsy has been scheduled for today at the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Louisville. 

The details surrounding the shooting are still under investigation and the Kentucky State Police are asking anyone with information to contact local Law Enforcement or the Kentucky State Police at [800] 222-5555, the press release stated.

KSP was assisted by the Marion County Sheriff’s Department and the Marion County Coroner.  Detective Bradly Stotts is investigating.
