GLASGOW — A lawsuit against Horse Cave Theatre 76, Inc., doing business as Kentucky Repertory Theatre, and Ervin Leasing Company, has been filed by Citizens First Bank.

The lawsuit, which was filed in the Hart County Circuit Clerk’s office on March 6, begins a foreclosure process, and means the property owned by the theater could be sold at a master commissioner’s sale, according to Scott Bachert with the law firm Harned, Bachert and McGehee PSC in Bowling Green.

“Unless something gets worked out between now and then,” Bachert said, adding if the lawsuit goes its full distance then the property will be sold by the master commissioner.
