An effort is under way to get input from residents and visitors on Cave City’s future.
The task is being taken on by the Cave City Tourist and Convention Commission, which is making surveys— both paper and online — available to residents and tourists.
“What we want to know is where the residents want to see their city in 10 years and visitors what they want to do that is different, or what it is that we are doing right,” said Sharon Tabor, executive director of the Cave City Convention Center.
The surveys are available both in paper form and online.
“We have paper surveys that can be picked up at city hall, the chamber of commerce and then we have visitor surveys that can be picked up at hotels and many of the attractions around town,” she said.
The visitor survey is posted on the following websites: www.Cavecity.com, www.kentuckyactionpark.com and www.jellystonemammothcave.com.
