IDEA examines 13 properties for possible sale

GLASGOW —



As an annual budgetary measure, the Glasgow-Barren County Industrial Development Economic Authority examined their properties on Monday.

Paul MacLain, IDEA interim executive director presented a diagram and listing of 13 properties the IDEA Board owns to decide what needs to be done with them. MacLain said the process was about analyzing the properties to find the best usage for them.

The board declared the following as excess properties: 0.5 acres on Yates Drive, 4.2 acres on Yates Drive, 0.54 acres on Beaver Trail, another 0.54 acres on Beaver Trail, 0.4 acres on American Avenue and 50 acres on Prestwick Drive.
